An Annual Fund was promoted for the first time in 2005. The response was encouraging and demonstrated a wide range of support for the magazine. Thank you to all who participated. The second Annual Fund in 2006 was also a success. All 2006 contributors were recognized in the April 2007 issue.

The goal of the 2007 Annual Fund campaign — $195,000 — will make possible the continuation of the denomination’s premier source of information and inspiration. We hope you will consider making a contribution today.

DisciplesWorld receives income from three sources. Paid subscriptions account for 35 percent of the 2007 budget. Advertising accounts for 33 percent, while gifts comprise 32 percent. DisciplesWorld receives no denominational “mission” dollars. Every year since incorporation in 2002, DisciplesWorld has significantly decreased its operational deficit. Generous gifts and pledges in 2005 enabled the corporation to end the year with positive net income for the first time.
